About the role
As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in handling a variety of technical projects. Your ability to comprehend business requirements, develop solutions independently, and enhance systems with minimal guidance is essential. Your responsibilities will cover a broad spectrum of tasks, including building automations, CRM migrations, app integrations, data management, and tool creation for operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain automations using various platforms such as Zapier, Make, APIs, and custom scripts - Execute end-to-end CRM system migrations, encompassing data mapping, setup, cleanup, and testing - Develop custom queues, workflows, and internal tools to streamline business operations - Establish integrations between software platforms through APIs, webhooks, or custom solutions - Identify and resolve technical issues within systems and applications - Analyze processes to recommend and implement technical enhancements - Create dashboards, reports, and data pipelines for effective data management - Manage system configurations, permissions, and databases - Document workflows, integrations, and solutions comprehensively - Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of all developed systems Qualifications Required: - Proficient in automations using platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools - Experience in migrating CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel, ServiceTitan, or others - Strong programming skills in at least one language - Familiarity with AI automation or AI-powered workflows - Ability to design and construct internal tools and custom solutions - Proficiency in working with databases and structured data - Capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software efficiently Who You Are: - Highly resourceful and solution-oriented individual - Skilled at translating business problems into efficient technical systems - Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify technical concepts - Organized, proactive, and adept at multitasking across multiple projects Please note that compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on your experience and skill set.
