Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a visionary, strategic EHS Lead for India Data Center to join our Data Center Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, owning, and driving a world-class Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program for our Mumbai data center, ensuring 100% compliance with all Indian national and local regulations and Iron Mountain's global standards. This includes being the ultimate accountable leader for all regulatory audits and emergency response protocols. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: - Responsibility 1: Main Responsibility - with key outputs/deliverables. Develop and execute the long-term EHS strategy and annual operating plan for the Data Center, delivering year-over-year improvement in safety metrics and zero lost-time incidents. - Responsibility 2: Collaborate with Business leaders to achieve outcomes.
