About the role
Job Title: Business Analyst – Enterprise Product Location - Madurai Experience -5 The Business Analyst – Enterprise Product will be responsible for driving business analysis, product requirement management, stakeholder coordination, and solution alignment for enterprise-grade software products and digital platforms. The role focuses on understanding complex business workflows, translating business needs into scalable product requirements, and supporting successful product delivery across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain understanding, product-thinking capability, stakeholder management skills, and experience working in Agile product development environments. The role requires close collaboration with product managers, engineering teams, QA teams, clients, and leadership stakeholders to ensure successful execution of enterprise product initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with enterprise clients, business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Conduct requirement discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Analyze existing business processes and recommend scalable product solutions aligned with enterprise needs. Work closely with product managers and engineering teams during sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product roadmap discussions. Support product lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, feature prioritization, release planning, and UAT coordination. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process documents, product requirement specifications, and business flow diagrams. Coordinate with QA teams to ensure proper test coverage and business validation of product functionalities. Participate in client demos, solution walkthroughs, and product review discussions. Conduct impact analysis and dependency tracking for feature enhancements and change requests. Support enterprise integration, workflow automation, and business process optimization initiatives. Maintain requirement traceability matrices and ensure documentation accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery and business alignment. Analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and operational data to support product improvements. Utilize AI-assisted tools and automation platforms for requirement documentation, workflow optimization, and productivity enhancement. Ensure alignment between business goals, user expectations, and technical deliverables. Support stakeholder communication, escalation management, and project governance activities. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process standardization and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Skills Required: MBA in Business Analytics is preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Product business analysis and requirement management Proficiency in BRD/FRD preparation, user stories, workflow diagrams, and product documentation Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise product development lifecycle Strong AI adoption mindset with the ability to leverage AI-assisted tools for business analysis, documentation, workflow optimization, and productivity enhancement Ability to contribute to pre-sales activities including client discussions, requirement discovery, solution presentations, proposal support, and effort estimations Strong functional visualization capability with the ability to understand enterprise workflows, business processes, user journeys, and product behavior Good market research and competitor analysis skills to support product understanding, business insights, and strategic recommendations Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
