About the role
GenAI Developer profile with good experience on Python + Pytorch / Tensorflow + LLMs fine tuning + RAG + Langchain / Hugging face / Langgraph Required Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with at least one major machine learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras). (Must Have - one of the framework)Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA). (Must Have)Exposure to RAG systems and basic knowledge of hybrid search techniques. (Must Have)Understanding of model deployment and containerization (Docker). (Good to Have)Proficiency in Python for AI development, data preprocessing, and scripting. (Must Have - Python should be strong)Experience with generative AI tools (LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex) is a plus. (Good to Have - at least one of this skill)Understanding of version control systems (Git). (Must Have)Awareness of AI compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
