RequirementsRole Description: You will Create and optimize Cognigy Flows, Nodes, and custom Extensions (Node.js/TypeScript). Integrate Cognigy with enterprise systems (CRM, ITSM, contact centers) securely and reliably. Configure Endpoints, environment variables, and multi-setting setups. Collaborate with analysts and architects to turn requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions. Support CI/CD using Cognigy API/CLI and Git, including version control and deployment. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization using analytics and user feedback.
