Job Title: Civil Engineer (Site Supervisor) Location: Oman Industry: Construction Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Civil Engineer for a reputed company in Oman. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, project execution, tender bidding, and construction management. Candidates with Gulf experience and strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities. Monitor project execution to ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards. Prepare and participate in tender bidding and estimation activities. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company procedures. Prepare site reports, progress reports, and project documentation. Resolve technical issues at the construction site. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization. Salary: Upto 90000 INR Per Month Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer. Gulf experience is mandatory. Experience in site supervision and tender bidding is essential. Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage. Preferred Nationality: Indian.
