SUMMARY Hiring: Mechanical Design Engineer Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: 6-Month Contract Experience: 4 6 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Job Responsibilities Design mechanical cabinets, electrical components, part assemblies, and harness routing using Siemens NX or SolidWorks Develop 3D models and detailed engineering drawings with strong knowledge of GD&T Perform engineering calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, material selection, and design validation Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and project teams to support product development and production readiness Conduct DFMEA, PFMEA, DFx analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical documentation, and engineering reports Support prototype development, testing, product validation, and product lifecycle management Ensure designs comply with quality, safety, and manufacturing standards Required Skills Siemens NX SolidWorks CAD Modelling Product Design and Development Harness Routing GD&T DFMEA/PFMEA Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Design for Assembly (DFA) Manufacturing Processes Material Engineering Root Cause Analysis (RCA) BOM Preparation Technical Documentation Immediate joiners will be preferred.
