Quality Assurance Analyst

Quality Assurance Analyst- 5 yrs. Automation Testing , Selenium/ Pentaho/ Power Builder+ Microsoft Database knowledge, SQL Experience in Automation testing at project level, able to write sample query to find the duplicate elements from a table, indexing in Database Develop test plans, test cases and test scripts to ensure that all requirements are met. Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product. Identify, track and remedy defects and inconsistencies within the production process. Understand the system. Prepare user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are as per business needs Work collaboratively within the IT department and business units with multiple stakeholders as many requirements need to be met for several levels of users Design and develop automation scripts when needed Required: 4-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance 4-5 years of experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing Acceptance Testing, etc 4-5 years of experience with software QA tools and processes like Selenium, Pentaho, Power Builder Documentation Knowledge: Test cases, Requirement Documents, Bug reports, etc. Analytical and Logical Thinking, The Ability to Envision Business Situations, Team player, Good time-management skills, Great interpersonal and communication skill Additional: Knowledge of CRM / Sales domain preferred
