EXP R.EXP CCTC ECTC NP UPDATED RESUME D.O.B PLACE OF BIRTH QUALIFICATION DO YOU HAVE A VALID PASSPORT Job Summary Provide functional leadership for Core Banking Product implementations, primarily involving Oracle FLEXCUBE, including configuration & parameterization activities Lead requirements gathering, functional walkthroughs, GAP analysis, & solution fitment for core banking solutions Support data migration, report implementation, system integration, & change management activities as part of core banking programmes. Coordinate & support System Integration Testing (SIT) & UAT phases, including defect analysis & resolution support The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders & technical teams, acting as the owner for Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS/FCR/FCC) implementation, enhancements, or migration projects. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, defining project scope, planning, tracking, managing vendor teams, & ensuring successful delivery within quality standards Key Responsibilities 1. Business Analysis (BA) & Functional Expertise Requirements Gathering:Elicitate with banking users (Retail, Corporate, Trade Finance) to gather requirements for FLEXCUBE implementation / enhancements / migration Documentation:Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRD/FSD), & use cases Gap Analysis:Perform gap analysis between existing legacy system functionality & client requirements, proposing solutions using native FLEXCUBE functionality or customization Functional Setup:Configure FLEXCUBE modules (Core Banking, deposits, CASA, Loans, Payments) Testing Support:Define UAT scenarios, assist users in testing, & coordinate defect resolution 2. Project Management (PM) & Delivery Planning & Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, goals, resource allocation, schedule, budget) & manage the end-to-end SDLC Stakeholder Management:Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including client Managers, IT Resource & Time Management:Manage & monitor the performance of developers & testers, ensuring effective timely delivery Risk Mitigation:Identify project risks & blockers early, implementing solutions to keep the project on track Change Management:Control project scope, manage change requests, & evaluate the impact of changes on the existing system Prepare project and functional documentation Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Specifications User Manuals & Training Materials Provide guidance & mentoring to project team members, including ba's & testing resources Support testing activities, including coordination of manual & automation testing efforts Participate in pre-sales and solutioning activities, including RFP responses, technical & commercial proposals, demos, & proof-of-concepts where required Work with cross-functional & geographically distributed teams to support project delivery across different regions 3. Technical Liaison SQL/PLSQL:Utilize SQL to query data, validate backend data, and analyze issues Environment Management:Support deployment of patches (EJB/Patchsets) into development/UAT environments Required Qualifications Experience:5+ years of exp in banking implementations, with substantial exposure to Core Banking Product implementations with at least 3+ years specifically on Oracle FLEXCUBE(Universal Banking Solutions - FCUBS/FCR/FCC) Good to have Minimum 1 year of experience working with Finacle Education:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Finance, Core Knowledge:Deep understanding of Banking Domain (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Trade Finance) Tools:Proficient in Jira, Confluence, MS Project/Excel, and SQL Methodologies:Strong experience in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies Proven exp delivering core banking implementation, integration, reporting Demonstrated exp performing both PM & BA roles within core banking programmes Exp managing resources mentoring/coaching Exposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies Exp supporting manual and automation testing activities Preferred Skills Exp with F LEXCUBE on Cloud/OMCS (Oracle Managed Cloud Services).
