PREFERRED LOCATION:CHENNAI Job Summary The Test Analyst will own test strategy, planning, and delivery for Core banking projects, leading teams in functional, automation, non-functional, and end-to-end testing within T24 Private Banking projects. Responsibilities Lead and mentor testing teams to deliver functional, regression, automation, and non-functional testing for large T24 Private Banking projects Develop and execute test plans including test design, data management, environment setup, automation, regression, defect management, and test closure Review and analyze business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, scope, and detailed test plans Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines Provide clear status reporting and drive defect management across multiple teams Proactively identify issues and risks, recommending optimal solutions to ensure project quality and delivery Partner with Business Analysts and Development teams to improve upstream software quality, including requirements and development solutions Apply Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, orSAFeto manage te sting activities and team workflows Utilize Agile planning tools like JIRA and Confluence to trac k progress and documentation Leverage knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium) and DevOps conc epts to enhance test automation and continuous integration efforts Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong knowledge of Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Structured Products, Accounting, Pricing, Portfolio Management, Forex, Treasury, and Lending domains within Private Banking Deepexpertisein T24 modules related to the above domains Experience testing T24 integration, Centralized Operations Base (COB) testing, and client output validation Proficient in SWIFT message testing an d regulatory reporting requirements Expertisein financial accounting for diverse asset types Familiarity with J ava programming a nd experience in automation and DevOps practices is advantageous With regards, Naganarasimhan(naganarasimhan@3cubedconsulting.com) For 3 Kubed Consulting India Pvt Ltd
