As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing digital healthcare platforms. Your role will involve translating complex healthcare product concepts into user-friendly digital experiences. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this position: - Product Development: - Own end-to-end engineering of critical product modules - Convert product concepts into scalable technical architecture - Build high-performance product features for web and mobile interfaces - Collaborate with founders, design, product, and clinical teams - Healthcare Workflow Engineering: - Build systems for symptom assessments, questionnaires, scoring engines, reports, and clinical logic - Engineer healthcare workflows involving users, clinicians, admins, and enterprise stakeholders - Develop secure health data pathways and user journeys - Platform Systems: - Work on dashboard systems, user state engines, personalization layers, engagement systems, notification logic, and health report generation modules - Product Thinking: - Challenge weak product assumptions - Improve user journey efficiency - Design scalable reusable product components - Performance & Reliability: - Ensure speed, reliability, and product stability - Build production-ready code for scale - Optimize architecture for future AI and analytics integration The ideal candidate for this role would have experience in digital health, health-tech, telemedicine, diagnostics platforms, digital therapeutics, wellness-tech, patient engagement systems, healthcare SaaS, or IoT-based device integration. You should have 10 to 15 years of product engineering experience, with a strong preference for prior work in health-tech/digital healthcare. Strong technical skills in frontend (React/Next.js, Flutter or React Native), backend (Node.js/Python, microservice-oriented architecture), database (PostgreSQL/MongoDB), cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and APIs integration are required for this position.
