Role Overview: You are an Associate Technical Lead Software Engineer responsible for working on OMD division's Archer, ATL, and MTD products based on the ATLAS software platform. Your role involves acquiring and demonstrating technical knowledge of OMD product software, working on complex problems, ensuring detailed designs are consistent and scalable, making design improvements, and participating in requirements definition processes. You will also provide technical expertise to the estimation process, acquire knowledge of key use cases in Optical Metrology, lead small teams, and contribute to the improvement of development procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire and demonstrate technical knowledge of OMD product software - Work on complex problems and conduct in-depth evaluations - Ensure detailed designs, code, and unit tests are consistent, robust, and scalable - Make design and architectural improvements on existing software - Participate in requirements definition and review processes - Provide technical expertise to the estimation process - Acquire knowledge of key use cases in Optical Metrology - Lead small teams to develop key features - Identify, highlight, review, and mitigate technical risks - Contribute to the improvement of the organization's development procedures Qualifications Required: - Master's Level Degree with 3+ years of related work experience or Bachelor's Level Degree with 5+ years of related work experience - Proficiency in programming fundamentals, OOP, C++, VC++, MFC, and COM - Experience in architecting systems, leading project teams, analysis, design, development, and unit testing - Detailed knowledge of SDLC and software engineering - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills - Ability to interact with all levels of staff and project management, and willingness to travel on short assignments Additional Company Details: The company emphasizes the importance of being aware of potentially fraudulent job postings or suspicious recruiting activities.
