You will run discovery with client stakeholders, translate messy business problems into clear, buildable requirements, and stay involved through delivery and UAT. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will own functional requirement documents (FRDs), wireframes, and proposals that go directly to founders and CXOs not tickets handed down to you. Key responsibilities: 1. Requirement discovery: Run stakeholder interviews and workshops with client founders, operations heads, and end users. Ask the questions nobody asked. 2. Documentation: Author functional requirement documents, user stories with acceptance criteria, process flows, and data flow diagrams. 3. Solution design support: Work with engineering and design to shape scope, sequence releases, and flag technical or commercial trade-offs early. 4. Wireframing: Produce low- and mid-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes to validate scope before development starts. 5. Pre-sales support: Contribute to proposals, estimates, scope-of-work documents, and client presentations. 6. Delivery ownership: Track scope through sprints, manage change requests, run UAT with the client, and sign off on delivery. 7. AI use-case scoping: Identify where AI genuinely adds value in a client's workflow and where it does not. Define success metrics. 8. Stakeholder communication: Be the single point of clarity for the client on what is being built, why, and by when. What success looks like in the first 6 months: 1. Independently running discovery and owning FRDs for at least two client engagements. 2. Reduced scope creep and rework through sharper upfront requirements. 3. Comfortable with SQL basics and reading API documentation, you do not need to code, but you must be able to talk to people who do. 7. Strong written and spoken English. Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based productschatbots, voice agents, document automation, or similar. 10. Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, Bigin, HubSpot, Salesforce) or cloud telephony (Tata Smartflo, Exotel, Knowlarity). 11. Prior work in a consulting or client-services setup with multiple concurrent accounts. 12. Familiarity with project tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Notion, or Linear. 13.
