About the role
Job Title: AI Platform Engineer
Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $200,000 – $300,000 Base + Equity Openings: 2–3
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
Proven experience shipping and maintaining production platform infrastructure within a B2B SaaS environment .
Experience working in early-stage startups , preferably during Series A to Series B growth .
Strong hands-on experience with:
Kubernetes
Docker and containerization
CI/CD pipelines
TypeScript
Python
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong understanding of cloud deployments, monitoring, rollbacks, scalability, reliability, and infrastructure automation.
Experience supporting production systems, database migrations, deployment automation, and operational readiness.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure security, monitoring, and compliance.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
