• Able to collaboratively establish availability and performance objectives, measure progress towards those objectives, and implement necessary changes. • Able to interpret changing technical & process needs of product teams and adjust platform and tooling meets those needs. • Possesses subject matter expertise with Test Driven Development (TDD) and agile methodologies. • Able to advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions. • Experience with hands-on technical configuration and development. • Able to provide thought leadership and mentoring to the team. • Expert with agile software development methodologies.

What you'll do

• Administer and configure Atlassian tools, ensuring stability and performance. • Customize workflows, fields, and schemas to support Agile and non-Agile teams. • Develop and extend functionality using Forge apps, automations, and integrations. • Provide user support, training, and documentation. • Lead migrations, upgrades, and platform optimization. • Ensure security, compliance, and best practices.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Position is HYBRID, onsite 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Will consider candidates who live within 50 miles of OneMain corporate offices in Irving TX, Baltimore MD, Evansville IN, Wilmington DE, Charlotte NC

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory Skills• 5+ years of Atlassian administration experience in enterprise settings. • Strong skills in Jira/Confluence configuration, JQL, REST APIs, and automation. • Experience with Forge or ScriptRunner scripting. • Active Atlassian certifications (Jira Administrator, Confluence Administrator, etc.). • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
