Certified Epic Reporting Analyst (Clarity/Caboodle)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts from Epic Clarity/Caboodle

Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics

Collaborate with clinical and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization

Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide ongoing support

Work independently to deliver reporting solutions with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Epic reporting experience

Certification in at least one:

Epic Clarity

Epic Caboodle

Epic Cogito

Strong hands-on experience with Clarity and/or Caboodle data models

Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, stored procedures, performance tuning)

Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare analytics or hospital systems

• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
