Client: Capco/Freddie Mac
Location: Fully onsite in McLean, VA
Sr. Data Analyst - 5 years experience - $52-$55/hr
Lead Data Analyst - 6 years experience - $58-60/hr
Visa: Any
Interview process: 2 Teams calls, final onsite
Must include Linkedin and have Mortgage Industry experience
Previous Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae experience is a big plus.
Required Technical Skills & Knowledge
SQL for data profiling, validation, and analysis.
Strong understanding of ETL processes, Data Warehouse, and Data Mart concepts (high-level knowledge acceptable).
Prefer prior experience with or understanding of Freddie Mac's data-producing systems and processes or Mortgage Industry
Knowledge of data management and governance best practices
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document data-related requirements.
Perform detailed data profiling to assess data quality, completeness, and consistency.
Translate business requirements into data specifications for technical teams.
Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to support business decisions.
Work closely with ETL and Data Warehouse teams to validate data flows and transformations.
Conduct root-cause analysis of data issues and propose solutions or improvements.
Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of data projects.
