About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst – Data Analytics with strong expertise in data platforms, SAP ERP systems, and supply chain analytics . This role will focus on the migration of enterprise data solutions from SAP HANA to Snowflake , ensuring business continuity, data quality, and optimized performance.

The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions , working closely with stakeholders, data architects, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze analytics and reporting requirements.

Conduct feasibility studies to assess functional requirements.

Work with capability teams to identify required source systems, datasets, and tables.

Translate functional requirements into technical solutions and design documentation (BRD/FD).

Partner with data modelers and engineers to build technical solutions.

Perform Functional Unit Testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .

Facilitate communication between IT and business teams.

Support solution deployment into production.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance within Snowflake.

Identify opportunities for process and solution improvements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field .

4+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.

Strong understanding of Supply Chain business processes .

Proven experience in Analytics-related projects and implementations .

Exposure to SAP ERP systems (ECC or S/4HANA).

Knowledge of data modeling concepts (HANA modeling is a plus).

Proficiency with SQL queries for analysis and troubleshooting.

Exposure to BI reporting tools .

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) – Fluency in English is mandatory .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms .

• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI .
