About the Role

We're looking for a curious, solution-oriented Data Analyst to support OneTech Delivery

Excellence, a group of Agile Coaches leading the transformation and implementation of

Agile practices across.

In this role, you'll help uncover insights, create intuitive

• dashboards, and wrangle diverse data sources to support Agile maturity and operational

• e iciency across the organization.

What You'll Do

• • Partner with Agile Coaches to understand key performance indicators and build

• tailored analytics that track Agile adoption and team progress.

• • Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Server to

• visualize team-level and portfolio-level metrics.

• • Perform data preparation using Power Query and/or Python, working with

• structured and semi-structured data including JSON files and Jira APIs.

• • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from enterprise systems.

• • Use Excel for ad-hoc analysis, data cleaning, and lightweight automation when

• needed.

• • Work comfortably with disparate and sometimes incomplete datasets, and create

• clear outputs with minimal direction.

• Required Skills & Experience

• • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or business intelligence.

• • Strong skills in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and Power BI Server.

• • Working knowledge of SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy/Matplotlib), and Excel.

• • Experience using Jira as an end-user and understanding of its data structure and

• reporting capabilities.

• • Enthusiasm for creative problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership.

• • Familiarity with Agile principles, terminology, and ceremonies.

• • Experience using ScriptRunner for Jira or similar scripting tools.

• • Ability to work with JSON files and connect to Jira APIs.

• • Familiarity with Jira Align and its reporting features.

• • Understanding of Agile maturity assessments and metrics.
