Roles:
(1) will support leasing group, (1) will support the acquisitions group
Candidate will need to know how to identify what retailers to target – using big data, compiled with company data to determine best retailers and their locations. An example he gave was that if you have a shopping center next to a grocery store, you aren't going to fill the shopping center with another grocery store.
MUST have experience with Python and LangChain
