Digital Analytics Analyst/Senior Analyst (Tableau/Snowflake)

Job Description:

Overview:

Responsible for performing advanced analytics in support of business issues and business intelligence efforts. Partners with others business leaders to resolve business issues. Provides cost benefit analysis and provides strategic recommendations to resolve business issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis to support business strategy and performance improvement.

• Develop and automate dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track key trends and business health.

• Present insights and strategic recommendations to business leaders.

• Partner cross-functionally to ensure a deep understanding of data needs, performance levers, and business objectives.

• Escalate and manage risk or customer-impacting issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master's degree in one of Business, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative roles

• Strong proficiency in Data Visualization using Tableau

• Strong proficiency in Data Analysis using SQL in a cloud environment like Snowflake

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with at least of the statistical analytics tools – Python and/or SAS

• Financial Services – Credit and/or Marketing and/or Digital Marketing
