About the role
IAM Business Analyst
Work with business teams to understand access needs and build IAM (Identity and Access Management) roles and profiles that meet security and compliance standards.
Set up and manage access controls, including roles, permissions, and entitlements, to ensure safe and efficient system access.
Review and update IAM settings regularly, fix issues, and perform routine access reviews to meet policy and regulatory requirements.
Support users by providing training on IAM processes and monitoring for unusual access activity; create reports and suggest improvements based on IAM trends.
Required Skills
1-2 years experience within Identity and Access Management (IAM) on the business side
Strong understanding of IAM principles, access governance, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to interpret business needs and convert them into actionable IAM solutions.
Experience with IAM tools or platforms is a plus (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD).
