About the role
What This Role Actually Is
This is NOT a traditional Information Security Engineer role.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. Principal has already built the platform and is now focused on moving existing risk management processes and data into ServiceNow. The team needs someone who can jump in quickly, learn the environment, and help accelerate the migration and rollout effort.
Think of this role as a blend of ServiceNow IRM implementation, GRC process management, and stakeholder coordination.
What They Will Be Doing
Supporting the rollout of ServiceNow IRM capabilities
Helping migrate risk and compliance processes into ServiceNow
Assisting with data migration efforts from legacy processes/tools
Working with Cyber Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Technology teams
Supporting configuration, workflows, reporting, and process improvements
Helping drive adoption of the new platform
Participating in testing, validation, and issue resolution activities
The first 30 days will likely be fast-paced and somewhat chaotic as this person learns the environment, meets stakeholders, and gets integrated into multiple workstreams.
