About the role
iServer Administrator – Healthcare IT Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary administrator for the iServer enterprise architecture repository, ensuring data consistency, system integrity, and governance compliance.
Allocate 50% of your time to iServer management, with the remainder focused on tools like Jira , ServiceNow , and other IT systems.
Support roadmap planning and execution in collaboration with architecture and operations teams.
Drive data quality improvements and support user access and training related to architectural data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure enterprise architecture tools are aligned with IT operational requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
5–8 years of experience in roles such as System Analyst , Solution Analyst , or related IT operations positions.
Strong hands-on experience with iServer .
Proficiency in tools such as Jira and ServiceNow .
Knowledge of TOGAF and architectural frameworks (types, structures, meta-models).
Background in data governance , tool configuration , and enterprise IT support.
Healthcare or Medicaid project experience is highly preferred.
