IT Network Analyst

We're looking for an experienced IT Network Analyst to join a forward-thinking enterprise network security team at a well-established financial services company. What You'll Do

• Support and maintain enterprise network and network security infrastructure

• Administer next-gen firewalls, Zscaler services, and intrusion prevention systems

• Troubleshoot and optimize network performance, segmentation, and security posture

• Provide technical guidance to business stakeholders and support operational needs

• Work within change control processes and maintain network compliance with internal policies

• What You Bring:

• 6+ years of experience as a senior IT networking professional

• Strong knowledge of switching, routing, and network troubleshooting

• Experience with firewalls, VLANs, TrustSec, Zscaler, and intrusion prevention tools

• Ability to communicate technical strategies across business units

• Leadership skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset

Bonus Points For

• Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and scripting

• Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, or SDLC tooling

• Cloud networking experience (Azure, AWS, etc.)

• Background in insurance or financial services a plus

• Location & Schedule:

• Hybrid role based in Des Moines, IA

• Some travel and on-call support may be required
