Primarily remote, 1-2 days a month onsite in Columbia, MD. Candidates MUST reside in DC, MD, VA, WV, DE, PA, NC, NJ, NY, FL, TX to be considered. Travel expense are reimbursable.

Lead Data Scientist lead data mining efforts and researching, evaluating, and creating POCs for their Large Language Models. The hired employee will be working with Data Analysts and Data Engineer to process ingestion of provider-related data to enhance STAR ratings and risk scores of the organization and build future AI capabilities within Salesforce.

Required:

✅ Bachelor's degree in 8+ years of experience in Data Science (In lieu of a bachelor's degree, +4 years of experience)

✅ Experience working on provider related data such as demographics, NPI, taxonomy, Credentials, Practice & Hospital Information

✅ Salesforce experience

Nice to have:

✅ Experience developing APIs to extract data
