Job Description:

We are seeking senior Technical Leads to guide architecture, solution design, and engineering execution across data migration, cloud modernization, and application development initiatives. These individuals will provide technical leadership for distributed delivery teams and act as trusted advisors to both client and delivery leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• • Minimum 10 years of professional software engineering or data engineering experience

• • Minimum 3 years leading technical teams

• • Experience leading Agile development teams

• • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• • Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to refine requirements

• • Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies

• • Mentor onshore and offshore engineering resources

• • Support deployment planning, release management, and production readiness reviews

• • Participate in executive and client-facing technical discussions
