Required Skills :
M365 with In-depth knowledge of Exchange Mail flows
6 to 8 years in managing the large Exchange Online and Azure Active Directory environment.
Transport Rules & Retention Policies
RBAC
Auditing and EOP filtering
Good understanding on PIM
Conditional Access
Risk Policies and MFA configuration on Azure AD
Knowledge of Cloud App Security to investigate alerts and configure policies
Good understanding of DLP, ATP, E-Discovery, AIP
Experience in a production environment.
Interact fluently with clients/users on escalated tickets.
Strong team management and organization/technical delivery skills.
Strong ITIL process knowledge
