Mac Endpoint Engineer

We're seeking a Mac Endpoint Engineer with strong expertise in managing macOS environments and Apple ecosystem tools. You will play a key role in deploying, securing, and supporting Apple devices across the enterprise. This position requires hands-on experience with tools like Jamf Pro Cloud, Apple Business Manager, and a deep understanding of endpoint security best practices. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and confident supporting both technical users and executive-level staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Endpoint Management:

Deploy and manage macOS devices using Jamf Pro Cloud, ABM, and other endpoint tools.

Automate provisioning, software installation, and policy enforcement using scripts and configuration profiles.

Integrate Apple products with enterprise systems and manage MacStadium-hosted infrastructure.

Security & Compliance:

Enforce endpoint security standards (FileVault, antivirus, compliance tools).

Monitor macOS vulnerabilities and respond to security incidents.

Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

Technical Support:

Provide Tier 2/3 macOS support and Level 1 support to C-Suite executives.

Work closely with support teams to train staff on Apple device troubleshooting.

Patching & Updates:

Manage OS and app patching across all Apple devices.

Test new OS versions and hardware for compatibility and performance.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain setup documentation, support guides, and SOPs.

Generate reports on inventory, compliance, and device health.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience managing macOS in enterprise settings.

Expertise with Jamf Pro Cloud , Apple Business Manager , and MDM solutions.

Knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python, AppleScript) for automation tasks.

Understanding of endpoint security tools and best practices.

Familiar with MacStadium , Intune , Azure , and Windows environments.

Experience using Entra ID as an identity provider with JAMF and JAMF Connect.
