Qualifications

The Data Engineer – AI/ML Pipelines is a critical technical role focused on building robust, scalable, and intelligent data infrastructure that powers analytics and machine learning across the enterprise. We are specifically seeking a candidate with hands-on experience supporting ML initiatives end-to-end—from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.

This role requires deep expertise in designing production-grade pipelines that ingest, normalize, and transform data from systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms. Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to support data scientists, contribute to real-time predictive systems, and lead the development of data solutions that directly impact ML performance and operational intelligence

REQUIRED SKILLS

Technical Skills

•Proven experience in ML data pipelines, feature engineering, and supporting model lifecycle workflows

•Proficient in Python, SQL, and modern data transformation tools like dbt, Spark, or Delta Lake

•Strong understanding of data modeling, orchestration, and cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks)

•Familiarity with ML-oriented tools such as MLflow, TensorFlow Extended (TFX), or similar

•Hands-on experience with WMS or operational logistics data
