Need two resource for the role ASAP

This is basically a mainframe DB2 LUW DBA team. They are looking for 2 people.
Here's what they need:
Fluent in both English and Portuguese
Technology is Mainframe DB2 LUW
Strong backend experience in managing DB2 LUW , not just app development interfacing with it
Responsibilities would be things like

Database admin work

Performing test environment refreshes across various environments

Pushing out test data from AR

Tasks related to RDS and NoSQL, including automation for audit compliance, addressing SQL tuning issues

Assisting teams in migrating from NoSQL to relational databases by working on data mapping and relationships . Performance optimization

High level of expertise needed and ability to guide others.
