Messaging Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration, maintenance, and performance of the Exchange Online environment to ensure seamless mail flow and data availability.

• Manage and monitor Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, security, and compliance across devices.

• Manage Quadrotech Nova and M365 Console to provide a unified view and single-pane management for messaging operations.

• Perform periodic audits of access permissions and account activities for M365 and Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) accounts to ensure security compliance.

• Continuously monitor and test messaging systems, focusing on mail flow, storage components, and overall performance end-to-end.

• Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure reliability and optimal performance.

• Manage incidents related to the messaging environment, providing timely resolutions and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
