About the role

Title: Microsoft Exchange Engineer
Duration: Initial 6 months Contract
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Proven experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange and Outlook issues .
Strong knowledge of desktop environments and email client configurations.
Familiarity with Exchange server management and maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to effectively assist users and explain technical concepts.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Exchange Server / Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator) are a plus.
Knowledge in Information technology process (ITIL certification)
Experience in managing O365 is an add-on
