• Mandatory Skills

Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support, IT monitoring, or system operations role. • Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.) and IT infrastructure (servers, databases, cloud services such as Azure and AWS). • Familiarity with cloud environments like Azure and AWS, including basic monitoring tasks such as resource utilization, virtual machines, storage, and services within these platforms. • Experience with monitoring tools and systems used to track and report system health and performance. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy. • A strong customer service orientation with a focus on resolving technical issues efficiently.

Desired Skills

Preferred Qualifications: • Basic understanding of monitoring and observability principles and best practices. • Experience with common monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Grafana, OpsRamp, BigPanda, Elastic, App Dynamicsetc.). • Familiarity with cloud-based monitoring tools and services in Azure and AWS (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor). • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or similar certifications are a plus.
