Join a team deeply committed to delivering highly effective solutions through self-service and automation. - Maintenance and Support: Perform regular maintenance and updates to IT systems troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and support end-users. - Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams providing expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution. - Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies. - Collaboration: Work closely with other IT professionals including network engineers system administrators and security specialists to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems. All youll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education Prior Job Experience - Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Technology Information Systems CIS/MIS Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience/training - Must be willing to work varying shifts Day Night Split or weekends Preferred Qualifications- Education Prior Job Experience - Master's degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Technology Information Systems CIS/MIS Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience/training - Airline Industry experience Skills Licenses Certifications All candidates will need 3 years experience with: - IBM Wensphere MQ o Troubleshoot issues in a complex enterprise environment o Design and implement integration solutions leveraging WebSphere MQ - Knowledge of Windows and Linux a plus - Familiarity with workflow and ITSM tools and ticketing systems - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and perform in a collaborative team-based environment - Basic understanding of server-to-server communication in a large-scale network
