About the role
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced NetApp Contractor to support storage infrastructure administration, maintenance, and optimization activities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with NetApp storage technologies and enterprise support environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support NetApp storage environments including ONTAP, NAS, and SAN technologies.
Perform storage provisioning, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Support backup, replication, disaster recovery, and hybrid cloud initiatives.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and storage connectivity issues.
Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure system reliability and availability.
Maintain technical documentation and follow operational best practices.
Required Certifications:
NetApp Hybrid Cloud
NCDA – NetApp Certified Data Administrator (ONTAP)
NCSE – NetApp Certified Support Engineer Professional
NCSE OS – NetApp Certified Support Engineer, ONTAP Specialist
NAHSE – NetApp Accredited Hardware Support Engineer
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience supporting NetApp enterprise storage solutions.
Strong knowledge of SAN/NAS protocols including NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel.
Experience with ONTAP administration and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
