About the role
This individual will collaborate with a cross-regional team to design, implement, and troubleshoot network connectivity for a transitioning business unit, ensuring continuity, compliance, and alignment to transitional services agreements (TSAs).
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement secure, scalable network solutions to support infrastructure carve-out and migration activities.

Analyze existing LAN/WAN configurations and implement segmentation strategies for separating divested business units.

Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams to ensure an integrated architecture.

Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues, and optimize routing, firewall, and VPN settings.

Develop network documentation, topology diagrams, and post-migration support playbooks.
Desired Skills & Experience
-
10+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering roles.

Strong experience with VPN, SD-WAN, BGP, MPLS, VLANs, and firewalls.

Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure or AWS), including hybrid connectivity models.

Experience working on carve-outs, migrations, or complex enterprise IT transformations is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with geographically dispersed teams.
