Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Customer Data Management (CDM) or Oracle Customer Hub (OCH).

• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud applications (ERP, CRM, etc.) is highly desirable.

• In-depth understanding of customer data management processes, including data integration, data cleansing, and data migration.

• Knowledge of data governance, data quality best practices, and data privacy regulations.

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Oracle Cloud technical issues related to CDM.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business and technical teams.

• Ability to document processes, procedures, and system configurations.

• Oracle Cloud certifications or training is a plus.

• Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Customer Data Management or similar roles.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and data management tools is preferred.

• Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle SOA Suite.

• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite and other enterprise systems.
