Role 2: Oracle Developer w/Hadoop and Reporting

Location : Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and test software for the ECR R&A team

• Collaborate with the development team and business partners to ensure successful delivery and implementation of application solutions in a dynamic Agile environment

• Achieve subject matter expertise quickly on new applications

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience with database development using Oracle database and PL/SQL programming

• Strong PL/SQL programming experience along with experience in database performance tuning

• Strong Data Modelling and Data Analytical skills (for data stored in Oracle/SQL Server)

• Strong experience with migrating data into Hadoop as this is a migration to Hadoop project

• Experience with ETL technologies

• Experienced technologist with strong database and data modelling experience, ability to work across multiple teams to ensure consistent implementation of the data model

• Experience in the IT field with experience as Data Modeler and Data Analysts for large and complex systems

• Experience using Scrum and following Agile best practices

• Desired Skills:

• MicroStrategy or Tableau
