Hybrid Schedule: Onsite 1 day per week or 1 day every other week.

Candidates must reside within commuting distance of one of the following:

• Christiana, DE

Video Interview but local to any of this location

Oracle Fusion ERP administration, module configuration (Financials/SCM/HCM), workflow & security provisioning, user access management, troubleshooting, system integrations, release management, and healthcare domain experience.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and configure Oracle Fusion ERP modules within the Oracle Corporation ecosystem

Manage system configuration, workflows, and security roles

Oversee user provisioning, access controls, and compliance requirements

Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional/technical support to business users

Partner with IT and functional teams to deliver enhancements, updates, and optimization initiatives

Support integrations, patches, upgrades, and release management activities

Document configurations, processes, and best practices

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience administering Oracle Fusion ERP (Financials, SCM, HCM, or related modules)

Strong understanding of ERP security frameworks and role-based access controls

Experience supporting workflows, approvals, and business process configurations

Ability to analyze and resolve system issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments

• Knowledge of ERP integrations and reporting tools

• Familiarity with change management and release cycles
