Actively looking for seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist to design, develop, and maintain advanced business intelligence solutions that drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Microsoft data technologies and experience working with healthcare data environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Work extensively with medical data while ensuring HIPAA compliance
Design and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics and trends
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for efficient data retrieval and transformation
Build and maintain ETL processes using SSIS to integrate data from multiple sources into data warehouses
Support Electronic Health Records (EHR) requests and related data initiatives
What We're Looking For

Deep expertise in Power BI, T-SQL, SSIS, and dimensional modeling

Strong experience with Microsoft data tools

Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Experience working with medical data (highly preferred)

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements
