Location: Princeton

Role Description: The SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Engineer tasks include

Platform Support & Maintenance

Monitor and maintain the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform

Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of identity services

Ensure data synchronization and identity lifecycle events are functioning correctly

Develop and maintain connectors/integrations with target systems (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.).

Provide metrics and reporting on IAM KPIs, policy violations, and remediation efforts.

Access Governance

Assist in configuring and managing access reviews and certifications

Support role-based access control (RBAC) and entitlement management, including role mining and entitlement rationalization

Support creation of segregation of duties (SoD) rules

Help maintain compliance with internal and external audit requirements

Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting

Act as the support of contact for identity-related incidents and service requests

Investigate and resolve provisioning failures, access issues, and connector errors

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to optimize identity processes and automation

Develop integrations between platforms, applications and systems

Documentation

Develop and maintain IAM governance documentation, including SOPs, standards, and architecture diagrams.

Support application teams during application integrations

Required Qualifications

Proven experience implementing and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.

Experience with REST APIs, SCIM, and SaaS integrations.

Familiarity with Java, BeanShell, or other scripting languages used in SailPoint.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and modern authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SailPoint ISC certification(s).

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., JSOX, HIPAA, GxP).
