8+ years total experience
5+ years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IAM platform s .
*Working on a new SailPoint implementation strongly preferred
Hands-on experience onboarding applications to SailPoint (e.g., SaaS, on-premises, custom applications).
SailPoint certification (e.g., SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect).
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for ticket and request management.
Understanding of compliance frameworks like SOX, GDPR, or HIPAA.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Git).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ features, including connectors, workflows, certifications, and policies.
Experience with scripting languages like BeanShell, Java, PowerShell, or Python.
Knowledge of directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) and SSO protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
Understanding of APIs for application integration (e.g., REST, SCIM).
