Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze technical/business requirements for Proofpoint cloud solution design
Guide the setup and configuration of Proofpoint Enterprise Archive and Social Patrol
Develop and execute test plans to validate deployment success
Collaborate across teams: security, compliance, data governance, operations, and user experience
Troubleshoot complex issues, provide proactive solutions, and ensure system uptime
Document architecture, engineering artifacts, and detailed design documents
