Sr. Data Engineer

Job Title: Sr. Data Engineer

Location: Irvine, CA - must work 3 days a week onsite

Length: 6-12 months

Primary Skills:

i. PySpark,Hive,SQL,Python

ii. Cloud Exposure : AWS

iii. Exposure to Airflow,Version tools like GitHub/BitBucket, Any MPP Datawarehouse exposure like SQL, DW, Redshift

iv. Strong knowledge of Data warehousing concepts

v. Exposure to Databricks

vi. Strong communication and client engagement skills

vii. Experience with offshore coordination and collaboration

Secondary skills

i. Building an Enterprise Data Modelling in the finance domain, Asset Management preferred (Knowledge of finance across the asset classes like FI, Equity, etc)

ii. DevOps experience preferred

iii. AWS DQ
