Storage Engineering
Storage engineering expertise with deep OLVM/KVM knowledge with hypervisor and Linux skills.
Expertise at running iSCSI at scale
Expertise with observability and storage path troubleshooting
Expertise with understanding the complexities of multi-path settings and the IO stack across the virtual guests, hypervisor, and external network (iSCSI).
Good at finding bottlenecks in the fiber channel storage space as the storage team is reliant on the network space for observability – resource needs understanding of the network space.
Resource will assist in helping team to certify the entire environment for all workloads (Oracle, postgres, SQL, etc.)
Once migrations start in October 2025, resources need to help facilitate the migration of data between storage arrays
Should possess coding skills to enable the automated migration of data between storage arrays (host based data migration)
Resource Timing: September 2025 – December 2026 – may go longer depending on start date
