Seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage enterprise IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, Nutanix, KVM). Must have 5+ years supporting enterprise environments and hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and scripting (PowerShell preferred). Responsibilities include lifecycle operations, compliance, project planning, and optimizing system performance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization platforms, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services.

• Support and manage virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi/vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix Hypervisor, Nutanix AHV, or Linux KVM.

• Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and email administration (Exchange Online).

• Manage and configure Microsoft 365 services, including Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint Online, and related cloud tools.

• Contribute to planning and development of IT lifecycle operations, budgets, application roadmaps, and project schedules.

• Ensure compliance with security controls, policies, and regulatory requirements while minimizing risk across the department.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and support cloud integration (Azure/AWS).

• Automate administrative tasks and streamline operations using PowerShell or similar scripting tools.

• Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

• Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting enterprise IT environments with at least 3 years in system administration.

• Proven experience with virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi/vSphere, Hyper-V, Citrix Hypervisor, Nutanix AHV, Linux KVM).

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and email administration.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services (Intune, Autopilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online).

• Familiarity with cloud computing environments (Azure or AWS).

• PowerShell scripting experience is highly desirable.

• Top Technical Skills

• 5+ years supporting enterprise IT environments, both on-premises and cloud.

• Strong Microsoft technology expertise (Active Directory, M365, Azure/AWS).

• Virtualization platform administration (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, Nutanix, or KVM).

• Microsoft 365 management (Intune, Autopilot, Exchange Online).

• PowerShell scripting for automation (preferred).
