About the role
Desired Technical Skills & Experience
8–10+ years of practical, hands-on experience (not purely academic).
Must have:
FMEA experience and understanding of validation testing for complex hardware systems/subsystems.
Hands-on hardware test execution experience (not just software/simulation).
While this role is not hands-on testing, prior experience is critical for realistic planning.
Microsoft Office Suite
Drivetrain or motion-providing system experience preferred over engine/fuel system backgrounds.
Candidates should demonstrate creative problem-solving and adaptability in uncertain environments.
Industrial/agricultural/construction validation experience is ideal.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree is sufficient.
Master's degree does not reduce experience requirements.
PhD candidates are not excluded but may not find long-term satisfaction unless they bring relevant experience.
