Responsibilities

• This position is a replacement role to be the subject matter expert (SME) for our Microsoft Windows Server/Desktop environment.

• The role will be responsible for +150 Compute servers hosted in Azure, and 250 Windows Desktops.

• This is not a helpdesk role. Desktop support will be managing the desktops using Group Policy/Active Directory.

• In depth Active Directory/Group Policy knowledge/experience is required. Azure IaaS experience would be a plus.

• The selected candidate will also assist in the maintaining, tuning, and hardening of the Microsoft 365 E5 solution that is already deployed.

• Other duties include being the SME for our Rubrik Backup solution.

• Experience in the tolling industry is required.

• The selected candidate will be added to an on-call rotation that will be one week a month.

• Work requires excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with a high technical skill level.

• Position requires frequent interaction with employees, customers, technicians, analysts, and specialists to troubleshoot problems related to the use of single and/or multiple information systems.

• Work may include creation, installation, and modification of software, testing, and documentation on a variety of platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete assigned project responsibilities under limited supervision.

Requirements

• Windows Server 2019/2016.

• Active Directory.

• Group Polices.

• Windows 10 Administration.

• Rubrik Backup Solution Administration in Azure.

• Tolling Industry Experience.
