Delivery Head

Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities Lead delivery: Manage the complete lifecycle of engineering projects, from initiation to completion, for Domestic and Global clients. Manage Teams: Lead cross-functional teams and the respective managers and ensuring successful project execution. Business planning: Develop and implement strategies for service delivery, continuous improvement and business growth. Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources. Client Handling: Act as a key point of contact between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Quality assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet high-quality standards. Maintain ISO Systems. Skills (Must have) : Experience in project delivery role from a reputed engineering services organization OR Head of Design at a medium to large Machinery manufacturing organization Technical skills: Good understanding of Machine Design, CAD, GD&T, FEA, CFD, awareness about Digital Manufacturing and PLM Methodologies: Experience with Project Management Tools Soft skills: Team management, Client Management and excellent communication skills.
